I installed this on my AR-15 style .22 rifle and I could not hit the target at 25 yards. I ended up having to adjust the scope all the way up. Finally hit the paper. Notified the manufacturer of this and was informed that the scope was already set for 100yds. I went back to the range to fire at 100yds. Could not hit the target whatsoever. I aimed at the extreme edges until I finally hit the paper target. Adjusted it from there. But, when I finally got a good tight shot group, after adjustments, I kept hitting the same shot group. The reticle was not moving with the adjustments. The crosshairs got stuck and the adjustment knobs were now useless. I contacted the seller and told me to go through the return policy in Amazon. NEWS Flash. Return policy ran out. Customer service is pretty good. Just waiting on the seller to return my email to find out what the next step is.
now with that said held zero great and was easy to set up

got this for my horten crossbow, zeroed at 20yds,no problems getting zero, now off to 30yds had to skip down 3 rectical dots, same for 40yds,not a big deal as long as a feller remembers to skip three for ten yards and not get off track, now with that said held zero great and was easy to set up ,would probley be better for a rifile ,some reviews didnt like the larger rectical lines however i found them great for lower light all in all good scope for the cash
Prett good.

I bought this for my 10/22. I bought this understanding that $30 isn't going to get me a top quality scope and with a name like "Sniper", I am definitely getting a Chinese made POS.

Anyway, it seems everyone has been getting a different reticle in their scope based on the comments. I got big fat mil-dots in each direction. I say "big fat" because it would be nice if they were smaller. A reasonable distance with this scope is 100 yards. At that point the dots will almost completely cover a gallon milk jug.
The windage and elevation adjustments seem ok for the money.
The overall construction seems sturdy enough for a few bumps here and there.
It came with lens cap covers and that was pretty cool. Dusty lenses are no bueno.
As far as I can tell it holds zero pretty well. I might try bumping it around as a test... But then again, I probably shouldn't.
I give it 4 stars due to the crappy reticle.
Great scope for a Ruger 10/22 Takedown.

This scope is just what I wanted for my Ruger 10/22 Takedown. It is just over 7 inches long. The scope does not extend past the end of the stock when broken down so it fits in the Takedown case while attached to the rifle. The scope is awesome! The site picture is clear even at 100 yards. Took it to the range today and zeroed it in at 50 yards with just 9 rounds. Very easy to zero. I would recommend this scope to anyone with a Ruger 10/22 Takedown.
Great scope. Reticle complaints...

This is a great little scope! It seems to be made well, and for the price, I don't think you could get a better one.

That said, I've got some thoughts:

1. First off, the reticle is not what is advertised. Look up a crossbow reticle, and that's what it looks like.

2. Second the crosshairs themselves are huge. It's probably around 10moa, meaning if you're looking at a target hundred yards away the crosshairs will cover up about 10 inches on the target.

3. Thirdly, there's no included information as to the separation of horizontal bars on the reticle (like how many mils or moa they are apart). you could probably figure this information out, but it would've been nice to have been included .

I know these are kind of nitpicks, and for the price I really can't complain, But forget about long-range shots with this thing. I'd say 50 yards is really the limit, but you could go out to 100 yards.

I threw this on my AR just to plink around at the range, and it worked perfectly for that. You could probably hunt with it too, but I'd probably just leave it on a .22 or something for fun.

overall, a great little scope, for a great price!
