Clamp onto these

There is no twist to this story, the Kant Twist camps, of any size, just do what needs to be done, CLAMP. Easy to use, hold tight, and yeah they are not prone to twisting.
I recommend these clamps with no reservations a good honest product and I have many of them in all sizes. They are not cheap for sure but they are not cheap in any sense of the word, I have so far not managed to hurt one let alone destroy one. Sticker shock does nag at me when I order more of them but if I have a regret it is not ordering more of them. Can't have too many clamps.

Better than I expected

I was hesitant on purchasing this item. I thought these clamps were a little pricey. I heard a lot of knife makers use these. I finally broke down and had to try it myself. I used the clamp for the same thing,to match drill handles to the knife. Clamp works great. Did or budge or twist any. Needless to say I will most likely purchase another one. I am really impressed with these clamps.
Fantastic design

Very nice clamps. Easy to use, well designed, and good tolerances. I purchased 2x of the 2" model.
I found that one of the two clamps was a little harder to turn than the other. This was just because of a slight bend in the screw, but after lubricating the threads and pins, it worked pretty smoothly, and I'm sure that with use it will turn even easier.
I'm using this with a PanaVise setup. I found that these clamps are the perfect size and shape for the PanaVise 337 Fixturing Head . They are compact enough that they don't interfere with the positioning of the vise below, as C-clamps would. They open enough that I can clamp 3/4 inch plywood to the fixture head, which makes moving projects from my desk to the vise simple and convenient.
The jaws are brass, which will help if you are going to weld or solder. Often times, I need to solder thick copper wire, which is fairly hard to hold onto. I can hold it in my tool steel jeweler's vise, which has a "v" groove, but it requires so much time to get the solder going due to the mass of the vise and its thermal properties. It's much easier to just hold it in one of these little clamps, because the jaws heat up wicked fast.

I really like these clamps...

I really like these clamps because the clamping action is independent from the screw that operates the clamp.
I use these a lot when I am fitting metal pieces to weld. Usually, I apply the clamp and make some tack welds, then remove the clamps and complete the welding. The clamp jaw blocks swivel and the blocks have different types of faces [smooth-flat, single in-line v-groove, double angled v-grooves]. The grooved clamp jaw block faces help to clamp round objects like pipe, round bar, or round rod.
Before I got these I struggled with traditional C-clamps because their clamping action is directly applied with the screw. Often the work pieces will shift-rotate when the screw is tightened.

Very nice clamp design!

This is the same review that I had for the larger clamp size. I'm rounding 4.5 stars because I can't determine the durability until I use them over time. I ordered two different sizes, but I'm considering a few more. This is a very nice clamp design if you are familiar with typical C-clamps. The nice thing about these is that the clamped items don't move as you tighten the clamp, which is great for precision work. You need to try it to really appreciate the advantage. The rotating clamp head is also helpful for different materials.
