My son lost one of the thin, foam insoles that came with his CCM skates. As I didn't need anything more complex or expensive (and he's about grown out of these skates anyway), the Proguards were the ideal replacement and a great value. His skate size fit the large end of insole size I ordered, so I didn't have to do any cutting down and was able to drop them right in. My son can be pretty finicky about his skates and the fact that I haven't heard another word about them tells me the Proguard replacements worked perfectly.
