Product damaged, but the shipping box was ok. The magnet piece that attaches to the bottom was not installed and will not stay in place by itself, maybe it was supposed to have been glued in, I don't know. A couple of the colored balls have knicks in them and the shiney part looks worn out like it has been used for a while.

Don't buy this. The product is of very poor quality and did not work. Amazon doesn't support this product for return and the issueing company wants me to send pictures of the Perpetual motion problem or no refund. I'm not making this up.
I find it hard to believe Amazon would support these types of products.

Very poor quality - for being cheap it was substandard cheap. The area of contact is not round and when in motion you can see the poor quality. Requested return and vendor was insistence on pictures and description of problem. Sent few emails back and forth. Item was discarded - not worth the effort and would not buy it unless you are hoping to buy something of poor quality.

It is pretty to look at and easy to assemble.... assemble is probably not the right word because it arrives in exactly 4 pieces: black base, 2 silver holders and the wheel. Put the silver holders in the grooves of the base, put in 2 batteries underneath, place the wheel on top and spiiiiin, cus it's set to go!
It arrived on time and seemingly neatly packaged. But I did encounter a problem with this purchase. When I placed the wheel on top of the holders, the small round magnet that is attached to the bottom had broken off... I did not handle this roughly. And I'm honestly not sure if it was broken in the package or after, bease it had dropped as soon as I put it together... at first I thought it was just a seperate piece. But then after looking more carefully I noticed the magnet had a groove where it once been welded/glued/etc. Fortunately it goes back in...because it is a magnet. But it doesn't go exactly in the right spot, so every time the wheel passes the base it makes this annoying clickey sound. Anyway it's not the end of the world, just somewhat annoying.. if the TV or radio is on you can barely notice it.
I would order thismagain, but maybe request some additional packing material during shipment... or even some super glue (which I forgot to pick up at the store again today lol)
Anyway, still 4 stars... if it weren't for the magnetic circle coming off it'd be a 5 :)

Absolute junk. Plastic construction is fine and as expected. But it does not work and is not even designed to work. The base takes four AA batteries so likely has been a change in design. But there is nothing to activate when batteries are inserted. It works the same both with and without batteries. Nothing like the videos on here. Chambers for battery do not contain anything to activate energy. Don't get fooled into buying this.
