This item arrived on time and was exactly as it was described.
Looked like the package had broke

Terrrible quality and/or packing. In several rolls, the inner plastic tube was completely squashed making the roll misshapen. Looked like the package had broke, and was repacked into another bag. Not sure the misshapen ones can be salvaged. It looked as though the original package broke, the rolls went everywhere and got ran over by a forklift-then picked up and repackaged. In addition, 90% of the rolls had stains/dirt/grease on the outside.

Very thin paper, but does the job, outer wrap layer is discolored due to heat and rubbing together during shipping. Overall a good buy.
