I, like others, also received it with all the line unwound. The rubber band had clearly come off. I will need to wind it myself which I could have done from the start. Complete waste of money.

The whole reason I bought this was the plug and play convenience. I received the spool with all of the line unraveled. Basically I paid for a shirt length of unraveled line. I could purchase several times the length for this price, if I was willing to wind it.
