I had a set of six of these knives, and lost one somehow, thus, I needed to replace the one I lost! Truly, these are the best knives I've ever owned. They are super duper sharp and I always have to be very careful when I use them. I also own the butcher knife and carving knife. These are expensive but I will never have to buy anymore knives! Highly recommend these!
