Absolutely wonderful customer service. My first order was perfect but I had a slight issue with the second order I placed (the plantains never ripened). so I contacted the vendor and they replaced the plantains for free.
The replacement plantains ripened beautifully and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I will be ordering more soon.

For a perishable item, the product was received in good condition and ripened well. The quality of the plantains was good. and tasted well whether fried or boiled. I was a bit surprised that there were only seven (7) plantains in the box. I expected more plantains for the costs charged. It is a convenient buy for those who cannot get out to the stores.

I was a little worried since they said they ship the plantains on Nov 6 and I got them on Nov 14. They came lil green Wich is good because it will give me time to consume them without a hurry.
