Bad quality, No Refund, HUGE Rip off.

When I got this product in the mail, it was VERY bad quality. There was a huge crack in one board, the wood laminate was constantly chipping off, the screws were falling out when I started rolling the cart to another room (they were screwed in all the way as I double checked), the door wouldn't stay closed unless it was locked, and after following every step there were malfunctions regarding the cabinet door and drawers. The package it came in also was somewhat damaged and was "repaired" with some tape. I wanted an immediate refund, but Oklahoma Sound apparently doesn't do refunds. They'll replace your damaged item and that's all. I'm sorry, but do you really think I trust your company after sending me a faulty product the first time around? The answer would be a simple "no". And when you try to get a refund from the Project Screen Co., they take a 20% restock out of your refund, so you're not even getting all the money that you paid. I will never buy products from this company again.

I'm really pleased with this item. I bought two for use in training rooms to hold desktop computers. They are a bit complicated to assemble but they are solid and don't feel cheap as a result. There isn't a built-in power strip but I mounted one myself inside and it works perfectly.

Takes a little while to assemble together. A little more complicated that most other furniture. A nice sturdy card. I use it at home for a laptop station.
