I bought this product for my Humminbird Helix 7 depth finder. Since it covers all of North America I think it's a very good deal. I fish from Wisconsin to Alabama and my other Humminbird 587 has a chip for just the southern states and was more expensive. This chip came with a year of free updates, just put the micro SD in an SD adapter and then into your computer. Go to the Navionics site and do the update; easy peasy.
I found the depths to be accurate if you allow for lake level differences. I am happy with the product for the price paid.

Good luck trying to 'update' this according to Navionics instructions. Tends to wipe all info, unable to reformat, and is now basically worthless. Navionics no help thus far with this problem.

Bought this to use with my new Humminbird Helix 9 fish finder. It has more lakes mapped in New Mexico than Hummibird's own Lakemaster program.
