Perkiness in a bag!! I began drinking this tea and slowly realized, over the course of a few days that there was extra pep in my step! I arose more easily, completed often arduous tasks with ease and had more focus. I wasn't jittery, this tea didn't bring on insomnia. It's quite a soothing, refreshing, great tasting brew. I am fairly new to Immortalitea (this is my first time buying product). Rec'd product pretty quickly. I have researched many comments and the Immortalitea sees to have the most satisfied customers so I thought I would give it a try. And I am SO glad I did. I rec'd this product yesterday and steeped my 1st cup, which led me to my 2nd cup, which led me to my 3rd! LOL! The flavor was great with each cup (using the same tea leaves 3x's (steeping longer as instructed for each cup). Now I can't attest to the benefits (if they work or not) only had one cup! LOL! But I do recommend this product, so much so that I ordered the larger pouch of Jiaogulan tea and ordered the White Mulberry tea (which I am believing is gonna tasted just as good as this)! Blisters on my tongue

Am I allergic to jiaogulan products? I bought Luz Gynostemma Extract AMPK Activator (80% Gypenosides), and abandoned it after three drinks because it caused blisters at right sides of my tongue. Then I bought this product - Gynostemma Tea, but still experiencing the same effect, blister on my tongue. The two products effectively energized me, while keeping me me away from food. I stayed long hours at my computer desk with prolonged mental alertness. I have tried a mix of the tea and cocoa drink, to dampen the effect, yet still had a blister at the tip of my tongue. I wonder what it is doing inside my body! Does any one have a similar reaction? What can I do besides abandoning the product? I have taken only four tea spoonfuls.

This is the first gynostemma product that I have tried. So, I can't compare it to others. But to me, this tea is good. However, many of my buds say that my taste buds are skewed as I seldom think anything is bitter and most things are too sweet to me. I taste a mild sweetness in this tea which is fine. I like the taste and the aroma.
I drink a cup from fresh leaves every morning and then, I use those same leaves (with a longer steep time) in the evening. And, I sometimes have an extra cup in the afternoon. As far as the health benefits, I can't say that I feel / see any positive impact yet - but no negative impacts either. I have my fingers crossed that long term this will improve my health.

I stumbled on Jiaogulan Tea in a world market near me and since the label said "Cholesterol tea," and there was just one packet left, I bought it, thinking it must be good if it's flying off the shelf! I don't know yet if it is helping to lower my cholesterol which is a health concern of mine, but I do know that from the day I started drinking Jiaogulan Tea, the heaviness that I've been experiencing in my chest area has noticeably decreased. My cardiologist recently informed me after an echocardiogram that the pressure in the right side of my heart had increased slightly. I try not to self diagnose but I associated the pressure in my chest with his findings and have been very concerned. I recently relocated to a different State, which was an extremely stressful event from start to finish. I don't know if this tea is healing/mending any abnormalities that might have caused increased pressure in my heart, but I do know that I feel 95% better since my first cup! I brew a cup every day and reuse the leaves for 2 cups a day, with or without honey added. I plan to make this tea a part of my daily healthy diet.
