Functional and fully recommended, but be aware of the handle and gloss beforehand

Sturdy plastic, great idea! I was laughing as I installed this in my computer, but I found it to have a surprising amount of functionality. I typically store a keycap puller, some loose cords and cables, flash drives, and sd cards. While small, there is a good amount of room to store things to de-clutter a desk area. Well worth the ~$10 I paid for the use I got out of it. This drawer is durable and won't be breaking anytime soon, and will definitely have a place in all my future computers (as long as the current standard of drive bays exist at such a point). Closing and opening the drawer, one can tell it is quite secure and when moving a desktop your items will not be falling out as you do so. Be aware that this is VERY glossy and more of a dark grey than total black, so it doesn't fit too well with the aesthetic of my desktop, and the "handle" can be at times difficult to grab (you kind of have to pinch the drawer with your fingertips firmly and then pull), but it's a small price to pay for such a great item.
Works well, wish it were built a little sturdier

I bought this pretty much just to hold my SD card reader so I know where it is, and because I liked the idea of having a little storage compartment in my computer. It serves that purpose just fine, but I wish it were built a little sturdier.
A lot of reviews complain about the little plastic tab used for the spring mechanism breaking. So far mine hasn't broken, but I try to be gentle with it.
The drawer just kind of falls out when you pull it out far enough. It would be nice if it had a real track that held it securely in place all the way through being pulled out.

and the finish on it doesn't look as nice as the rest of my PC

Works well. I have it installed in my first 5.25 slot in my desktop. Using some of that non-adhesive drawer liner material, I cut a rectangle out to put inside of this. This keeps things from sliding around, and keeps things neat inside of it. It is plastic, and the finish on it doesn't look as nice as the rest of my PC. Then again this is a <$10 product so I'm not really expecting $50 quality here. It works really well for what I needed it for. I keep flash drives and USB cables inside it so that they don't get lost on my desk. It also keeps them out of my way when I'm working on something. The only thing I really don't like is that it's not that easy to open. I'm probably going to stick something on the little pull tab area so that my fingers can grip it easier. The little pull tab is just a little too small to get a firm grip on to open it easily, and since it's smooth my fingers just slip right off of it. So typically when I go to open the drawer I have to pinch it a bit rather hard and then it opens about 1/3 of the way before I lose my grip on it. Again, it's a $10 product, so whatever. Adding a little rubber material to it or something will most likely solve this issue.
Chinese manufacturing at it's mostly average.

Came with a broken clasp for the locking mechanism. It's awkwardly made, and very flimsy. It's just sitting in its box disappointing me because I missed the deadline to send it back. I might install it somewhere eventually, but I know that will just irritate me more. Could not in good conscience recommend this to anyone, the craftsmanship is sub-par even for Chinese manufacturing.
Could have been better made

The frame is made out of metal and the drawer is made out of plastic. The problem is what alot of other reviews have said the clip on the bottom of the drawer is a very thin piece of plastic. I tested mine 3 times before installing and it broke. I did end up using it as all the drawers I have looked at have the same design. I ended up pushing out the latch on the frame to get the drawer to not to stick out. I have a phanteks enthoo pro I was able to install it on the top bay my case has a cover above the bays that flips up to cover the USBs and I am able to flip the cover up and grab the top of the drawer and pull it out. It does sit flush so if that cover did not lift up I would not be able to open the drawer. The drawer is not that expensive but I would have paid more for a better quality.
