Paul P.September 14, 2017
After 3 years of use the sensor on my pH pen was in need of replacement. Installation was simple. After a 20 minute soak in the storage fluid, a quick 2 point calibration and I was back in business

Awful. The sensor literally went bunk after a day. Couldn't even recalibrate it.
it was also dirty right out of the box

Product showed up and appeared to have been used! there was no solution keeping the probe wet whatsoever no cotton no nothing and you could clearly see that it was already dried up. it was also dirty right out of the box.
Dependable

This replacement probe end arrived packaged well. It has been working well for some time. I left it to dry out for a day, but it still functions perfectly. This probe tip and the meter it goes to are reliable and accurate.
Close enough, but had some calibration issues.

Followed the startup instructions to a T, but had to calibrate several times to get it to measure things right. I had a couple other PH pens I was gauging accuracy with and it still seemed to be off by 2 tenths. Samples were all from the same sample from the pool and spa and same temp. All in all, I think its close enough.
