My initial purchase/arrival time wasn't what you would call smooth but this was due to weather delays etc.... it took a bit to get the folks to give the matter their full attention but when they did they did a great job. The unit works well, not to loud etc... there was improvement made on the gaurd from a solid non flexible plastic to a more permable plastic/rubber composite that is much better.
Note - after we sorted out the initial arrival mess there was an issue with the unit, I was concerned that there may be some problem with the supplier but nope... they responded quickly and without hesitation. They replaced the unit with no questions asked and provided the improved gaurd as described above. I'm glad I stuck with them, good folks and a good product = great project outcome. I'm tempted to post a picture to show what this unit can do but I'm afraid they might get so busy I won't be able to order additional supplies :-)

Excellent concrete polisher!

This is a great tool! Works really well for sanding/polishing concrete surfaces. I used them on my concrete countertops, and was extremely please with the way the polisher and the disks worked. Because it has a hose connection, expect water to be thrown around! I had to drape the perimeter of the workspace with plastic, and wear a waterproof apron (which you can make with some of the plastic).
