This fried okra is wonderful! The only place we've been able to find it is at a local barbecue place. None of the grocery stores carried it. When I found it on Amazon, I was quick to buy it. The breading is very light and cooks up with a small amount of canola oil. Best of all, this okra is not salty. With the large quantity you get, make sure you have additional freezer space.
