Really good, but.....

After a famous popcorn company messed up my order for White Cheddar popcorn I broke down and ordered this powder so I could make my own. The taste is perfect. I'd rate it higher but for the price.
You do have use melted butter on the popcorn to make it stick but that's good anyway!

Made a Big batch of popcorn, used a Parmesans/red chili flake shaker (like at the pizza joints) to spread the Hoosier Hill Farm white cheddar powder over the popcorn...I have to say, that was one of the best tasting batches of popcorn ever, the whole family loved it! If you like or love white cheddar cheese popcorn this is the stuff of dreams. No more midnight runs for the munchies, just go to the kitchen and make your own!

Was looking for a cheaper, lower calorie option than just spreading shredded cheese on basically everything (I looove cheese.....). Has a nice strong flavor, which should allow it to last a while!!

I love that there is no added dyes.. I use this to make my own cheese sauce instead of buying pre-packaged "Mac and cheese boxes" I am gluten free so I also buy GF pasta to use with this.
