Excellent chitarra! Makes beautiful spaghetti!
Dylan Carroll•July 7, 2018
Excellent chitarra! This makes beautiful spaghetti, great texture, I would recommend using semolina flour as it provides a nice texture after it is rolled out through the chitarra.

Good product, built well but doesn't sit flat on my table. I have to shim 1 leg to use it. Other than that it works well and I like it. Allows you to make pasta quick with less mess.
I was so happy to find this

I was so happy to find this, I had one I purchased in Italy years ago and had trouble finding one in the states. This not only looks great but works great.
This cutter has become one of my favorite pasta tools
Lon Peterson•March 13, 2018
This cutter has become one of my favorite pasta tools. The process is not quick but it is
relaxing in an odd way. Put on some cool music, have a little wine and enjoy an old style
of creating wonderful pasta.

Takes less time than an Atlas and easier to clean.
Amazon Customer•January 10, 2018
Easier to clean than an Atlas pasta machine. Holds sauce better. Takes less time than cutting by hand. I'm happy with it.
