Lasted only 2 years in mild Northern California weather. For this price, you'd expect it to last longer. I guess its cheaper than replacing the whole structure.

It's beginning to show weak areas. I've installed this product about a year ago and some of the grommets have fallen off. It is definitely not as durable as the material that originally came with the canopy.

A LOT cheaper than buying another whole canopy. It's not exactly the same material as the original and you may have to get additional waterproofing (like 3M). The fit is pretty exact, and it's much easier with two people to install. Hoping it lasts as long as the original!

This item only held up for 1 summer and then started to get holes in it and easily ripped apart in the wind. My previous cover lasted for years!!! Will not ever order this replacement again.
