Best Ab Roller!

I love love love this! Easy to use, and very effective. I am athletic and my ab /core was already strong because I work out in my gyms 7 days a week, but I wanted to make it stronger. I am 51 years old female and have no issue with the handles or anything. One of the best home exercise equipment pieces ever! Extremely well made. So glad I did not get a cheap version :) My hubby liked it so much and he bought his own, too LOL!

By far this is the best ab wheel I've used. I tried this one at my gym and bought one as soon as I got home. I do abs at least 5 days a week and this makes for an easy workout. As for the details on it, the hand grips are shaped to contour your hands and provide better grip. Also, with a much wider wheel, I can go out to the left and right at a great angle for a better workout for my obliques. Overall, this decreases the strain I felt on my lower back from using a regular ad wheel. As an FYI, my full workout regime includes 5 days cardio (2-3 mile run each day), 5 days weight training (3 heavy days, 2 light days), 2 Yoga sessions (for flexibility and balance), and the supplements include a pre-workout pump (usually NO xplode or C4), protein shake (whey powder), and a daily test Tritestin by Biotek Nutrition "“ Testosterone Booster Boosts Test Levels and Increases Strength, Muscle Mass, Fat Loss, and Overall Male Performance The test booster is new to my regime and is a game-changer for energy and performance.

Seller sent a knock-off clone, not the true "Perfect Fitness" version of the AbCarver Pro. Product is similar but not authentic, kneepad is nothing like the pad pictured.

Write no product delivered. Just compare the two images. Wellsetup Ab Carver Pro is the one which I got and the original one is Perfect Ab Carver pro. Don't order. Be aware.
