Love this parmesan....the grated cheese has a nice texture that is not too fine and the taste is wonderful. Of course, the convenience is also a big plus. Very pleased with this purchase and I will be purchasing it again in the future.

Coming from a four star italian restaurant family one of my comfort go to foods is polenta. One secret is to use the dry tiny grated parmesan as part of your cheese. It is like fairy dust of the most delicious kind that simply dissolves into the fluffy pillowy mixture. This is one of the best most consistent brands I have ever found on the market. It is fabulous in soups, on pasta & I always have it in my freezer to use for those cold nights when we need that warm cheesy goodness. Milano's is always a good choice brand wide.
