Purchased this tub to replace one that was cracked in my 19 foot 2001 Tahoe Lite.
The tub matched up as far as length and width but as for the height it was about 3/4" shorter than my old one.
So what I did was strip my old tub of the styrofoam on the bottom of it and added it to the bottom of the new tub, dry fitted the tub in place and found that there was still a 1/4" gap between the bottom of the tub and the raised platform that it is supposed to rest on. So next I used some 1/4" plywood that I had on hand and screwed it down to the raised platform.
After that was done the tub fits in place nicely. It would have been great had the tub been an exact replacement. That's why I only gave this 3 stars.
As far as durability, this tub is built like everything else in a trailer or rv...lightweight and cheap. My old tub didn't feel any sturdier than the one I replaced it with.
Bottom line if you want/need a tub to replace an old one and don't mind doing a little work if it's to short then go ahead and buy this one.
