This is good basmati, but don't use the Microwave cooking directions! I followed them the first time I cooked it, but thought it odd - 10 minutes to get to boil, then 15 more minutes? They must have a really old, low power microwave. It all boiled away in the first 10 minutes, and the rice wasn't good. So then I cooked it like I usually do: 4 min on high then 15 min on 3 (defrost). That was good.

This is GREAT rice! It's very long - longer than other Basmati rice I've tried, but the flavor is good. AND it came in a plastic tub with a one-cup scoop! Works great in the pantry. Very happy with this and will re-order when I run out.
