I've been purchasing this product for about a year and love it. The formula is gentle, soithes my skin and I feel clean after using. It works really well at taking off makeup compared to some other cleansers I've used.
As some reviews mentioned, it seems the formula has changed recently. My last purchase the formula was slightly watery in consistency. I don't know if it's a bad batch, but I hope so because I really prefer the creamier, thicker formula.
