This is a great box of wire for both breadboard use and PCB soldering use. When using for a PCB, this wire is suitable for connections that remain on the PCB. If you are connecting a device to the PCB use braided wire.
The coating on this wire is thick which will work in most scenarios. If your project requires a lot of wires on the breadboard this wire may not be suitable. Try something with a thinner coating (like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B8873S0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1).
I can confirm that I did receive solid copper wire with a tinned coating just as described in the product detail. This is the same wire sold by Adafruit.

This wire measures 0.645mm in a micrometer, 1.5mm including the insulation. It is exactly the size that 22 AWG solid wire should be.
The wire itself is tinned pure copper core with PVC insulation. This means there is a thin layer of tin between the solid copper core and the PVC insulation. The wire appears silver in color when you strip it, but you can look at the cut end and see that the core is pure copper.
This wire is perfect for prototyping and breadboard jumpers. It's stiff and not flexible like stranded wire, good for retaining bends and shape/position while prototyping.

These come in a nice box that can be a dispenser, the wire is uniform, easy to solder. But be very, very careful in stripping not to nick them at all, and even then minimize bending -- I have broken numerous ends off just repositioning the wire after soldering. Makes me suspicious how much copper is in it, quite brittle. If you are careful though, it works fine. I am torn in saying how much of that is my fault from rough handling, and how much it is brittle. Be aware of the issue.
