Cheaper to get fresh chicken, I know. But sometimes I don't have the energy or time to cook up anything more difficult than opening a can, and ten minutes cooking time. Can make chicken and dumplings, chicken and mashed potatoes, chicken salad, use ramen and chunk chicken with scrambled eggs to make a giant omelet too. Very versatile.

I had never ordered Keystone White Meat Chicken before but I wanted a larger can for a chicken, rice and vegetables recipe which makes about 4-5 quarts total. This solved that problem splendidly! The taste is amazing and there are only two ingredients: white meat chicken and sea salt. There is only 100mg of sodium/ serving so it's not too salty. I hope to buy this again and hope to try Keystone's canned beef and pork as well. Thank you, Keystone!

A lesser god (a chicken) was sent here to breed (like crazy) and then be sacrificed (beheaded). This chicken god died for your taste buds ... If you've ever had the Rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, this is very similar. It's as if some god-like hand reached into the rotisserie chicken, and pulled off all the white meat. This almighty hand then stuffed it into this 28 oz. can (did it like 10,000 times) of which you may get some 24oz of perfect tasting chicken breast. It's that good, and my can had a shelf life to 2028, thanks god. These have far less fat than the beef, which are also very good, but I'd like to have a word with the Beef god, about the fat content of it's minions. lol...

I love the fact that it's already cooked. I bought it for my prepper pantry. One can came dented so I needed to use it right away. It was not carefully packed. Just put in a box and mail it. So one can was dented. I used it to make chicken dumpling soup and it was good. The quality is good but I wish they would have bubble wrap it so it wouldn't gotten damage. So I ordered from Lehman's and my cans came in big bubble wrap. Not one can dented. But I like the Keystone products just have to pick it up from Walmart instead do I don't get a damage product.

The pandemic has me shopping more and more on line for food and other items. Plus I live in an area that has been riddle with wild land fires and PG&E black outs. I like to make healthy frozen meals ahead so I don't have to cook every day. But I can't do that anymore because I never know when the power will go out. So I'm looking into canned foods that are palatable. And I'm so glad I found Keystone products here at Amazon.

I've never purchased a product like this before and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the can. The chicken was packed in juice with healthy sized chunks. I couldn't contain myself and started to nibble out of the can right away, and once again, I was surprised; this time, by the wonderful taste and consistency. I decided to make a mock stew with potatoes, onions, and peas, and chicken with a few spices to give it a kick. Nothing fancy. I could've added more vegetables, and maybe some wine, but this was a trial run, so I kept it simple. The meal was good, nothing great, but only because I didn't put too much imagination in to it. But Keystone is a really good product and I plan to buy again. I need recipes for using this product, such as, for pasta dishes, casseroles, and ... and, I don't know. I could use it for salads and sandwiches. I haven't gone to the Keystone website yet. I'm sure I'll find recipes there.
