I can't seem to find this veggie in my local stores so I'm very happy to have found them here. Great for a low carb diet!!! I use Jicama in stews and soups in place of potatoes and in stirfry in place of water chestnuts. Great veggie to have on hand..

First time I have ever tried Jicama - a peeled it, washed it and cut it in strips. Its a great munching food - cross between and apple and a water chestnut and if you are a muncher, this is very good. They arrived in excellent condition - I was very pleased with the purchase.
