Almost as good as the original.. tubing is not quite as stiff/conductive as origional. I would not recommend if you're really trying to differentiate subtle sounds. Works great however for the majority of nurses and practitioners

It's an okay replacement tube for your Littmann Stethoscope. Acoustics/Sounds are fine for assessments. This is my second set from this company. I originally had the navy blue set. Overtime, the tubing started to become discolored. I wore it around my neck. There was noticeable discoloration from parts of the tubing that would bend. It lasted for almost a year. I replaced it set with the sky blue color. However, the sky blue is discoloring very quickly! Especially in parts where it bends (around the neck). This maybe the last one I buy. My littmann stethoscopes never discolored the way this one does.

I am a seasoned respiratory therapist who started in healthcare in 1981 and have used many stethoscopes. You get more bang for your buck with this stethoscope equipment than any product I've ever had. I like it as well as the Littmann stethoscope equipment. But of course I am still using my Littmann Bells with this tubing.
