These are some indications from my scope (Hantek6022BE, which is basic scope, so it might need a better review):
Peak to Peak 5.55 V (Voltage source was 5.0 V +- 0.05 V)
Frequency 1.000MHz
Rise time and Fall time 36-52 ns
Duty cycle 50.0%
RMS ~ 3.5 V
The product works well, but the datasheet needs more information.
I also found that the rise and fall times are 3 times more than the specifications from the website... Again, it could be my scope, or test setting.
