Good quality with little minus

At first I wanted to give back my Kanken. I saw it and I thought "What is it? Poor quality, so light, it can't be solid". Than I understood that it's a Kanken secret. Backpack is light, comftable, size and shape gives many opportunities (I have inside my tablet 11", cosmetics, sunglasses, boxes with food and I still have space for some shopping, umbrella, water... It's funny because Kanken looks rather small. Inly one thing: all of them should kave normal, thicker arm pads. Tiny, little strips are uncomfortable. They can make scratches and bruises on arms. I ordered pads on ebay but I had problem. And I paid 30$.

We bought 4 of these for the kids for our trip to Costa Rica. Rain forest!! Crazy water. We were hoping they were water resistant and boy were we happy with the product. It rained each day like crazy and our stuff stayed dry. We also used them on the zip lines and horse rides and everything worked great. This is a great backpack.

I bought this backpack as a laptop bag, and general day bag. It does the job VERY well, and feels very comfortable, while looking stylish.
My only gripe with this backpack, is that it is relatively small - if you're taller than 6ft, this backpack may look like a child-sized backpack on you.

I love this backpack, I really do. It's cute and stylish and simple and I like how it unzips all the way around. However, after using it for a class I was taking, and having to carry books and a waterbottle, I noticed that my neck was sore at the end of the day. I switched a backpack with more padded straps and the neck pain has subsided. It's just so cute though, so I'm going to use it more for running errands, sightseeing, etc...things that don't require 20-lb books.
