I bought this system in Cancun and almost since it was installed the system quality is very bad. I contacted the installer several times and came to fix it until he got tired and I spent a lot of money in repairs. Terrible system and I would never buy Leviton again.

This amp worked great for a few weeks, then it went dead. I am based in Vancouver Canada and got this installed and bought from a local distributor in Vancouver. It was replaced once just after 3 months because of the sound going up and down and now after about 1 year it just got dead. No idea how to go forward. Distributor who installed is no longer in business. Hope to get help on this...

I am a Leviton S&A dealer and I absolutely HATE the Hi-Fi 2 and my customers all do as well. It works well for the first few months, then some of the VSM's start freezing up. Some of the VSM's have gotten so dim you cannot read them anymore. (And yes the brightness setting is all the way up) Then after two years the system stopped working completely. I took the covers off the unit to discover the power supply was cooked. There is no excuse for this since I have a whole home surge suppressor, and the unit was connected to a UPS. You are much better off going with a Russound system.

The products works great with mobile app. However, all VSC (volume source controller) stopped working after 10 minutes of use. This is a horrible experience for such an expensive product. Support at Leviton stated he had never heard of such problems and suggested returning for a new one.

High end products should have these problems.

I bought this product early 2015 and its was installed by one of Leviton authorize personal. Last few weeks its was dead and I try to contact Leviton and installer but no answer. This product was working fine until dead. When I call Leviton technical support, first question " what's the dealer ID no, sorry I cannot help you". My question is, if its only be installed by dealer then why Leviton selling it Amazon market place where any body can buy it but then you stuck by there so called authorized dealer. Who will charge you arms and legs but if any issues, you can not find them.
Several times I try to call Leviton but my experience is not good at all. It takes a lot for me to write a review but I am doing this thing so that near future Leviton can come up with some solution for their great product. To be honest it really works great until dead.
