The dolly seems sturdy and well made, But it was scratched up with paint missing on the bottom base and also the handle- looked battered- don't know if this happened during shipping (as it doesn't come in any packaging/ box at all- comes delivered just as seen in the picture) or was it used previously

I can't find a contact email, and do not have time; yet, to return it would be a pain anyway. The product itself, I would like. It looks sturdy which is what I needed. It had no packaging at all though - no box, and there are numerous deep scratches. Sure, eventually, it will be scratched; yet, why buy NEW already scratched? I wasn't going for the rustic look. Will the deep scratches through the outer coating advance rusting?
