I'm a repeat buyer of this product. I love eating them right out of the bag or soaking to use in making cashew milk or cheeses. It's a great quality raw nut with excellent mild flavor that melds well with whatever flavorings you want to add.

Great. I use them to make creamy recipes like alfredo sauce. Ground with nutritioal yeast it is a healthy substitute for grated parmesan! Makes vegan cooking, delicious, healthy, protein rich, and satisfying!

I'll NEVER buy cashews any other way again. What a great value. And toasting or roasting them is a breeze. These are fresh and delicious and I'll be buying them again as soon as I can eat my way through 5 pounds of nuts.

Fresh tasting, delicious whole nuts. At the subscribe and save 5+ items price, they are cheaper than the stale cashew pieces I'd last bought at TJ's. Recommend that you set out enough for daily use, and refrigerate the rest to maintain freshness. They won't be around for long around my house though.
