BEST. OVEN. EVER. I could never complain about across international because they listen to customers and yeah when I ask em on phone if made in USA they say no its made in factory that they own and have completed control over quality. So I ask Angela about it and she said they been doing it for years and make it all for labs not bho to start but that big companies get there product for a long time and they have big companies like nasa that has their stuff. So it has to be the best if like nasa and USA army and schools use it like she said. I have one for a year or more and have wire shelf and it make the bhomb shatter. You can give me new shelfs you make into pans if you guys want across international. Haha

I had issues correlating to temperature and hadn't taken the time to contact Across International and posted partially negative review based on that, however immediately after I was contacted by a representative of the company and she was extremely courteous and helpful in all manner of the purchase. Despite it being multiple months from the original purchase she did everything she could to assist me in accurately setting up my product. I still have a mild temperature variance just a few degrees below the stated temp after calibration however the internal temp is even and works extremely well for its intended purpose. I would recommend this oven and the company for their quality customer service and care. I was absolutely amazed in how fast I was contacted, Assisted and how helpful Across Internationals representatives are.
