Absolutely horrible, fell apart first use!! all of the black paint on it went into my food, I threw it away waiting for a refund!! Ruined $30 worth of steak!
Low quality - holes burnt thru mesh

Seems quality is lacking with this product. Used two times on gas grill under very moderate temperatures and now have two large holes burnt thru the mesh. Encourage shoppers to consider alternative vendors.
Part of it melted after only 5 minutes

This mat seemed like a great idea but after only 5 minutes on the BBQ set at 400 degrees... part of it melted! The black coating came off exposing some white string like material underneath. Unfortunately I had to return it.
Food stuck to the mesh

I was cooking tandoori boneless chicken thighs on flexible skewers. Charcoal pit temp was 300° up to 350° at the end of the 20-minute cook.
As I lifted off the the skewers, the mesh stuck to both and several pounds of force finally brought them off the mesh.
I had high hopes. Back to stainless.

These things are much better than the metal equivalents. They wash up in the dishwasher and store easily. I found my own set at a BBQ store in Paducah Kentucky (visit the Quilt Museum if you ever go there) and have purchased additional ones for my son and my sister-in-law.
