This was a Christmas gift. My husband likes to work in the woods around our house and I try to find items that will help protect him. These gloves are light weight and the sizing is good. As to their function, it is going to have to get a bit warmer before he is using them in the woods. This is Maine.

I use a chainsaw a lot and finally got gloves that offer more protection than the run-of-the-mill work gloves. I have used them several times and like them. They fit well, and seem to be well-made as far as both material and workmanship. They are comfortable to wear and I have no problems with grip. Another season of cutting should give them a test of durability, but at this point, I am happy with my purchase.

This is the second pair I bought after trying out this product the first time and liked it . Built great and can grab things perfectly . I use them for cutting trees and I used them for burning brush . The color is a plus so you can see where you placed them if you had to take them off in a wooded area
