I discovered black sesame powder and paste while living in Taipei. This is a great food, full of things our bodies need like calcium, magnesium, vitamins and fiber. It's delicious and when I eat it I know I am doing something wonderful for my body. I use this in my morning smoothie and sometimes add in some when baking. Yum!

Flavor is perfect, but powder is not as fine as some other brands. I tend to make a Sesame latte out of this, and I'll use a mesh sleeve to remove the grains before drinking. I imagine if you are baking, the powder is more than fine, enough.
