I was blowing white smoke at idle when warm and I thought I was due for a $4,000 injector fix for my LB7. After doing the cleanout, the balance rates improved dramatically, but there was still just a little bit of smoke. I added 2 stroke oil to my diesel and one tank later, the white smoke stopped. A year later, I haven't needed injectors, yet. Saved me $4k so far.
