2004 Ford Expedition rear wiper transmission seized up from age and saltwater weeping around seal on original. This is probably all you need if your wiper is not working, the actual wiper motor could still be good. Disassembly takes a bit and after you install the new one you may have to spend some time adjusting the latch striker to make sure if catches the latch assembly reliably.
