Very disappointed. Bad thread milling

Very disappointed. Bad thread milling. Male threads were machined by thread milling process. Incorrectly executed. The threads are both double threaded and out of round. There is no way it would seal with any amount of teflon tape. I purchased 7 of these and they all came in with the same manufacturing defect.
