Cute but really too small for my intended purpose.

The butterflies are very colorful, however, they are really pretty small. They would probably be better in pots rather than having them displayed in my in ground plants. I would have liked to have seen a little longer stakes, so that when staked into a plant or very close to it, it would give the illusion of the butterfly either hovering or perched upon the plant itself. The stakes being fairly short makes this difficult unless the plant is on the small side In addition if the butterflies were a wee bit larger , one would be readily able to view them looking out through a window into ones garden, as well as viewing them from a distance away. Probably fine for close up potted plant viewing though.
Color fades in the sun

I was all excited because I thought they would be so cute and they were BUT the color fades very quickly on them. I was so disappointed because it was too late to return them by the color drained from the once vibrant butterflies. I added some pictures so you can see how the top faded significantly from the shaded underneath. What a bummer. Not worth it. You'll get a month, if that, if the stunning color if they are in any sun

Save yourself the few dollars. These things are pure trash, in my opinion. They are basically a cheap paper print out of a butterfly on a stick. Reviews said that the butterflies graciously 'floated' blah blah blah...mine were all dead and never moved...was so mad at myself for falling for this that I did not even donate them...they just went straight to the trash bin.

Great product, very cute and lovable. My neighbor took some for her garden my daughter took some for her fairy garden and I got the remainder. I bought 2 sets of these and I was excited that the sets were different I ended up with six different kids of butterflies in one pack and six more in the other so I got a rainbow one,2 different color reds, purple, yellow, green, orange. 2 different blue ones just to name a few. They are attached to a simple metal wire that is very easy to bend and mold to whatever you want your butterflies attached too. I did have to spread apart the butterfly wings to get the flying affect since they were shipped closed. This I was very careful about opening since I damaged one trying to get it to look like it was flying. I am very pleased with these and will get again if needed.

These are a fun addition to my garden. They came quickly and all of them were in perfect condition. The stems are metal and the butterflies are a strong plastic. They look better from a distance than close up. My children are really having fun with them.
