I ordered the 28-38" vest for my 65 lb pit mix and it fits him well. I'm working on his obedience training and it's super distracting when people let their kids or dogs run up to him. I got this vest hoping it would deter some of the unwanted attention. He's only worn it once so far and the quality and fit is good. I'm hoping the "in training" patches are large enough to be visible from a distance.

Purchased this for my 100 pound GSD. People were walking up from behind us and petting him - or letting their toddlers run up to pet him. Although he is friendly - I wouldn't walk up to someone's GSD without asking - so what were they thinking. This did the job we wanted, getting them to stop - ask questions and asking if okay to pet him - that is what we wanted! And he loves it - feels special with his harness on! Doesn't bother him a bit. The handle is sturdy enough that if we are in a crown I can hold onto that to keep him even closer to me. Recently took him to a crowded flea market and it worked great!

I love this vest! It fit my mini perfectly, with room for him to grow. It seems very sturdy and the removable patches are nice. I'm planning on getting different ones once his training is complete. I did have to adjust the front a bit, so the reflective strip on the front is off center, but I don't really have an issue with it. Great vest overall!

I have a 40lb Corgi-Husky mix, and have had problems finding a harness that fits him well. This works well, and clearly conveys the message that he is a working dog.

Because he likes to get out of the house, he gets super excited every time I put it on him- anything that makes my little buddy happy gets five stars.

The handle is nice- he is a short dog and has problems getting in and out of my Subaru. I can use the handle to give him a bit of balance so he can get in the car easily (note: I use it to balance him; I do not lift him by the handle.)

Another note- the velcro is stronger than other harnesses I have had. I have lost labels in the past, but not with other harnesses.

These seem like little things, but after throwing away money on dog vests for quite a while, it is good to find one that doesn't have any problems.

This is a surprisingly good harness for the price. Although the (in training) patches are significantly smaller than in the product pictures. The harness feels very secure and looks great too. My dog is very comfortable in it and has not slipped out of it like she manages to do with her other cheap harnesses. The straps of the harness, like said in the description, are nylon. However they are still comfortable for the dog. If the straps were padded I would have been incredibly impressed but not surprised if the price went up. I hope they make a version with padded straps in the future, The bodice of the harness is stiff (which I like...it is sturdy) but still flexible enough for comfort. Overall, really happy with the purchase.

I bought the girth 14-18 inches. My 4 month old pup is the size of a typical Jack Russel. Fits perfectly with lots of room for her to grow

Its been a few weeks since I bought this and began using it. It is still wonderful, fits great, but it's worth noting that the reflective lettering on the removable patches has started pealing off. My dog has a red patch of skin under the belly strap but this is due more to her pulling (we're working on it!) than the product itself. If you have a puller its possibly your dog may experience a little chafing.
