This pillow is no joke. It is a serious therapeutic tool. I was ejected from my motorcycle when a woman pulled out in front of me. Sustained herniated discs. This pillow, run with the heat on for 20 minutes, will loosen my back right up. It is a huge help and not some cheap piece of junk. I have not been able to stop the motors from turning and I am 215 lb. And put my full weight on this pillow. The heat is fantastic, although it does take about 10 minutes to reach full temperature. The unit will run for 20 minutes before shutting off so you may want to let it run for 10 minutes to warm up and then turn it off and back on so the timer doesnt shut off on you. I would highly recommend this!

Wow! I've had it for an afternoon and I'm in love. I can't afford to keep going for human massages. *This* I can afford. I just hope it lasts. I think I'm going to buy another one tomorrow so my wife and I don't fight over whose turn it is.

Okay, this many be getting out of hand! I purchased a second one for my wife last week. (Very smart thing to do.) Today, she just asked me to buy two more, one for her daughter and her sister. I just placed the order.

I'm using mine three of four 20 minute sessions a day. It continues to work great.

We purchased two more and now four members of our family are very happy! These make wonderful gifts. Seriously, start with yourself. My gets a good workout each day, typical three to four 20 minute sessions during the day. It's still going strong.

All of the massagers are going strong. As I type this, my massager is working on my L4-L5. I must admit at times if feels so good that I tend to drift away from what I was supposed to do. My wife complained about not being able to get to sleep last night and finally got up a bit after midnight for a massage with hers. I blissfully slept thought it all. These little devices are an important part of our lives. Mine has put up with a great deal of use and it keeps on doing it's thing as long as I don't try to do too many sessions in a row. This is a real winner!

My first unit, the one that I use several times *every* day is starting to develop some holes in the mesh portion of the cover. I've sent off an email to Zyllion Customer Support via a reply to an email I received through Amazon after I registered for the one year warrantee. Other than these holes in my overly-used unit, all four of the massagers I have purchased this Spring are working as expected and the one that I put through a daily stress-test continues to be an important part of my daily routine. I remain a thankful fan of Zyllion's massager.

I sent an email to Zyllion of the 28th explaining about the growing hole in the mesh. On the 29th, I receive a very nice acknowledgment of my request and a request to verify my address. I replied on the 29th, a Sunday, that the address was correct. I received an nice email on the 30th that my replacement cover was on the way and it arrived today. It took me less than five minutes to get the old one off and the new one on and it works perfectly. Again, wow! Why can't all companies be like this?

My pillow pooped out after 2 years. I use it in the car probably 2-3 hours per week on average, so I'd imaging that's fairly heavy use. Other pillows I've bought in the past only last 4-6 months under similar or even lighter use. I'm very happy with this pillow. To use in the car, I have a yoga block and a hard foam lumbar support pillow that I place behind my back, where I put with this massage pillow flat against the back of the car seat. Every ~10 minutes I move the massage pillow up a few inches till I've reached the top of my neck, re-sorting the yoga block and lumbar pillow accordingly. This allows for the massage balls to not be the only points supporting my back. I have a long commute and this has helped make my back problems manageable.

I bought this for my mother-in-law who has neck aches. Before giving it to her, we tried it out and I ended up purchasing another for my husband, son-in-law, and my son. A friend who tried it purchased one as well. We all love it. I have a bony back and shoulders and find it hurts a little unless I pad it a bit. On my lower back it's great. It really does help work kinks out of muscles and ease aches and tension. All of the men find it wonderful just as it is, but if at first try you find it uncomfortable, play around with it, adding some padding, and you will likely end up loving it!

This is a godsend for the aching bod! The heat function works really well, but it you don't want the heat, just push the power button to cycle through heat on and heat off. To turn it off, simply hold down the button until it turns off.

I most frequently use this on my back, repositioning it as needed to reach the spots that need work. I have used it sitting or lying back in a recliner chair, as well as sitting upright or reclining on a sofa. I have used it under my calves as well.

As others mentioned in their reviews, the cover began to tear after over a year of frequent use, right where the mesh fabric joins the vinyl. I first thought of using duct tape (of course, who wouldn't? Haha) but instead contacted Zyllion Customer service. They were super nice to talk to and shipped out a replacement cover at no charge. They even included a cute Thank You card inside the package.

I removed the old cover by unzipping it and was astonished to find a lot of dust inside, which I vacuumed out with a micro attachment for my vac. I then zipped the new cover on, carefully stretching it to help the zipper close. Voila. Good as new. Thank you Zyllion for a great product and Super Customer Service!
