Very nice and very fresh product. A few were small. I was really hoping for the larger purple veined ones but these worked well and tasted great in a Thai dessert I made. A few of them are already growing in my dark root cellar with button tops/eyes like a potato. So I think those I'll plant and winter inside and take them outside in containers to grow a few more for next summer.
- Update Summer 2017 - I tried to planter grow a few of these but it didn't work. Not enough sun or heat for them over the winter. I did find a local source of the larger purple Tarro at an Asian Market. I prefer the larger version but these did work well in a pinch.

I used these the day I received them, which was yesterday, and I had to cut out so many rotten spots that I lost at least 25%. These were by no means fresh.
