The Fobus Holster fits great in fact too great. I have a S&W Bodyguard 380. When I holstered my 380 I could not get it out it was locked in. Loosing the tension screw, even taking it out did not fix the problem. It was so hard it took both hands to pull it out and taking the holster off my belt to get the 380 out, NOT good! But there is a fix and the holster now works so well I'm very pleased.
First remove the screw and red rubber donut washer. Force an ink-pin or some object in the split by the trigger location. Leave this in for a day as it changes the holsters tension memory to the point the 380 no longer locks the pistol in the holster. I then re-installed two more washers out of my surplus parts trays. Look carefully at the picture I uploaded, you can see a black (rubber), a white plastic and the original red-rubber donut washer. I also had to install a slightly longer screw (about 1/16"). Having done that you will be able to tighten the screw and adjust the locking tension to your desire; stronger or looser. If you can't do that then I would send it back. But it now works so well it's a keeper. Small, close to my side hard to see with any over shirt or coat on. The shape of the holster is the best working of all four of my holsters. I'm surprised Fobus has not fixed the tension trigger locking issue before my purchase. Enjoy!

Fits the 380 with laser perfectly, weighs almost nothing , holds the gun close to the body and shows little footprint. It's so comfortable that I don't even know that it's there. I have taken the gun in and out many times and unlike some of the reviews the laser has never activated. Fast ship, good price. Really couldn't be happier with this product. I bought another for a 9mm.

More comfort than most paddle holsters.

This fit my S&W body guard with factory laser perfect. It is the red dot model. I had heard people say this didn't fit their green dot models and was concerned.

When it arrived it fit perfect. I loosened the fit a bit as it was pretty tight and hard to remove my BodyGuard. What I like even more is the way the holster rides. I have hips and this is the most comfortable holster I have. It sits well, is narrow and real comfortable sitting or standing. No real print which is nice. Only thing I would like is angle adjustment. I would like a little bit of a canted angle but given all the other positives, i am ok with that.

I bought this because I have a few other Fobus holsters and love them all. This one is no different. It doesn't have the rubber pad like the others but because of it's tiny size I don't think it needs it. It's so comfortable that I don't even know that it's there.
