I tried a pair of these because I had severe eye pain in my left eye after reading on my tablet for a long period of time. I am also on my smartphone and computer a lot throughout the day. Vision problems got to the point where my eyes were watering, blurring, and I had an occasional headache towards the end of the night. I was increasing font just to read. I rested my eyes from my usual activity for about a week, which drove me crazy.

After trying these out for just a day, I had noticed a significant difference. The feeling of eyestrain was significantly reduced. Now, after wearing these glasses for about a week, the eyestrain is gone and I am able to look at my devices for an extended period of time without any problems. I like these glasses so much, I bought a pair for my daughter who is in third grade. She is constantly doing something on her tablet when given the chance - I do limit screen time for her - and she said she noticed a difference as well.

Two years ago I went from a job using a computer about 1-2 hours per day to a job where I look at a computer screen 6+ hours per day. I almost immediately began noticing eye problems. Within a few months I had a constant pain in my left eye and I couldn't read street signs in twilight. I felt like my eyes were done for and it was just part of aging. I went to the eye doctor and told him my problems, he did an eye test (in the morning, in perfect light) and my vision was as good as ever.

So why couldn't I see anything on my evening commute? Everything was just an amorphous blob. Why was I going to sleep with eye pain? It was a dull pressure until I passed out. I did some digging and found that blue lights could be the cause of my problems, particularly if you work under fluorescent lights, which I do.

I bought a pair of these glasses two weeks ago and my eye pain went away within a day. After about a week my twilight vision was a lot better, no more blurry blobs, and no more excruciating effort to focus on objects far away. I thought I had failing vision, but my eyes were just tired. I've never used them like this before and they need proper protection less I cause some real damage to them. These glasses are the proper protection my eyes need.

The glasses have a yellowish tint that isn't noticeable when you put them on. Look at the pictures people posted on reviews, these are actually quite stylish. I look at a computer most of the day but also meet face to face with customers about 5-6 times per day and I feel pretty confident when wearing these that the glasses look good and the tint isn't noticeable. If you have eye fatigue from a computer screen or work under old fluorescent lights and experience blurring vision at twilight then I highly recommend these glasses for you!

Pros:
#It does seem to help with longer computer sessions, I don't feel as much eye fatigue as i did before using it.
#solid build, look and feels durable.
#Light weight, and comfortable.

Cons:
The only thing I can give here is the yellow ting, then again, this is a standard property in such glasses, in fact the yellow isn't that prominent at all in this one(unless ur looking at a white monitor all the time :/ .)

conclusion:
Im glad i bought this before those pricey gaming glasses out there, and i sure recommend buying it.

Perfect for my gaming and programming needs. I even look up close to my 27" lcd monitor with no hiccups sometimes and my eyes are never strained. Wish I knew about these back in my twenties, would have saved my eyes from having a few veins from popping out. In fact, it seems to be disappearing now.

I got these Gamma Ray 003 glasses to see if it'll help when gaming or working for long sessions.
I'm pleased to say that they actually do prevent eye strain and fatigue!

The design of the frame is very nice, but I wish it was a little bigger and made of a nicer quality plastic. The material is slightly better than the free 3D glasses you get at movie theaters.

I will definitely look at a higher quality pair because these type of glasses actually do work to protect your eyes during extended sessions in front of computer screens.
