I almost didn't purchase the shower head because other reviewers stated it's not as good as their old one I replaced a 15 year old oxygenics shower head that looks exactly like the new one. The reason I bought a new shower head is I changed the fixtures in my bathroom and needed a Chrome shower head my previous head was gold I can't believe how terrific the new shower heads work it has excellent pressure and a great spray pattern my original head was 2.5 GPM and the new one is 2.0 GPM I can't tell the difference and for the price how could you possibly go wrong I did notice that my old shower head was this is definitely a quality product when I look at my old shower head after 15 years it still works and is in terrific condition I'm saving it for a possible another use

The only shower head we use at our eco friendly bed and breakfast inn. Guests like them too- no feeling of reduced water pressure. Have used them for almost 15 years and order replacements from time to time when they get effected with lime- happens every 10 years but they cam be cleaned in CLR if that is a problem.
Pretty disappointing

So I should've listened to some other reviewers about this product. If you have previously owned the model that looks just like this one, you will likely be disappointed with this, as I was. It just doesn't perform the same. It is significantly weaker. I can't completely tank the product because it still works better than the most of the others I've tried. I'm up to about #6 now. But man, I am Missing my old showerhead. The search will continue.

We have one of the originals from Sharper image. This is a lower quality version and doesn't boost the pressure as good as the old ones. Very disappointed!
POOR QUALITY/DEFECTIVE

I used Oxygenics Showerheads with Comfort Control for years and have always been satisfied with the quality and ease of use. However, the last showerhead I purchased from Amazon was of very poor quality and defective. The adjustable comfort control valve does not change the 7 water spray/pulse settings as advertised. (same continuous spray) It is unfortunate that many companies no longer manufacture quality merchandise as they once did and customer service refused to resolve any warranty issues.
