Used this product after switching from liquid detergent. No more mildew smells on the towels! Our towels were smelling like mildew even though I don't let them sit around wet. After switching to this product, the smell went away, without bleaching! Used this for about a year and then decided to try liquid again, and the towel-stink returned! I'll never go back to liquid and I will continue using this detergent.

This laundry detergent is extremely inexpensive, low sudsing in the washing machine, and gets my clothes so clean! I have always used either Tide or Gain, and was hesitant to try a new laundry detergent. Boardwalk Huracan40 Low Suds Industrial Powder gets my clothes extremely clean, and what is truly amazing is the small amount that is needed. For a normal load 1/4 cup, adjusting this amount depending on the size of the wash load, is all that is needed to get everything really clean and looking great. This is a great buy, and having it delivered to my front door is fantastic. I live alone, and this 40lb pail of laundry detergent will last me for a very long time.

The price was decent for the quantity being provided so I ordered this detergent in bulk. The composition consists of fine powder rather than granules so coagulation in cold water was not a concern since other powder detergent brands dissolve poorly in cold water. I washed dark and white garments with this cleaner and the results were exceptional. I poured 73mL.(2.5 oz.) of powder per load with 60°C.(140°F) water and all stains were completely eliminated without boosters or treatments. Suds production was minimal and the garments appeared vibrant and fresh. However, the detergent does NOT produce any fragrance which I appreciate because other detergents reek of perfumes, but other users might assume their laundry is not clean. In general I recommend this detergent for individuals with multiple (x5) loads of laundry due to the price.

I probably won't purchase this again it does clean okay it doesn't make everything super clean I have to add washing soda or borax. And it doesn't have a good smell at all when it's clean. So I had to add Unstopables to my wash loads to help with the lack of pleasent smell. I have stinky teenagers and I really enjoy their clothes smelling fresh and clean instead of like still stinky and clean.

Best dang detergent ever!!! Towels come out so fresh and clean! Does awsome for pet bedding! Will now be my only detergent! Far superior to tide or anything in the stores. 1 bucket has lasted me 2 months and we do TONS of laundry!
