Versatile parmesan, flavor excellent.

I got my first jar of this powder a couple of weeks ago. My first application was shaking a tablespoon full into a microwave popcorn bag - excellent results, and worth the cost for that alone.
Then I made the spread with 2 parts powder, 1 part water, and a splash of garlic powder. I added a few herbs to my taste and stirred it up, then spread it over slices of my made from scratch french style baguettes (made only with flour, water, yeast and salt). The result was perfection. That's why I just ordered two more.
This is high quality stuff, keeps in the pantry, and is reasonably priced. The parmesan flavor is there

Barely any parmesan flavor

Disappointed with the product. Very little flavor. I'm not sure why this was so bad, because the cheddar version was so good. Fresh parmesan so so much more flavor than fresh cheddar, so not sure what happened in the powdering process.

A tasteless scentless yucky powder. I'd be sure I got flour instead of powdered cheese if I hadn't had raw flour before. ( FYI raw flour has a taste, a disgusting chalky wrong taste, but still more flavor than this)

This is very good Parmesan Cheese and flavors beautifully. It was recommended to me by the head chef at my very large church. His Artichoke Parmesan dip is to die for and I used his recipe to make some large quantities for a wedding. Everyone raved about it!
No Taste

Unfortunately, I couldn't taste the 'Parmesan' flavor. I put 6 tablespoons on 4 oz (dry) cooked pasta and -- nothing. I was hoping for this to be a useful product. I bought their Blue Cheese powder and am satisfied with it, but this one didn't work out for me.
