Tried 5 other 2 part epoxies and this was the only one that worked on old car parts epoxying them in artistic sculptures.
PIG PTY202 - Pig Putty is Highly Recommended for nearly every possible application!!

PIG PTY202 - Pig Putty is now being used here in a busy CNC Machine Shop. Introduced to us by one of our Programmers, he had previously used this at a prior job for many applications, including but not limited to: direct machining especially of odd-ball shapes, Die Repair, Fixturing / Nesting / Fit issues, and has even used it on his wifes vehicle to fix an issue with the headlight which would have cost over $300.00 more at the local automotive shop.
You cut slices off this and seal the product left in the tube back up, then "work together" the section you cut off as it is essentially a 2 part epoxy style putty. When it gets warm you apply it to the item you need fixed, using lube to prevent it from sticking to items that it shouldn't stick too. Once hard, this stuff is machinable and repeatable as a fixture. Works great on all plastics and metals he has used it on EXCEPT for an aluminum project, which did not work out long term. It on'y takes a small amount and you will be much happier using this than say JB Weld. Also our Programmer has tried both this version and the "Metal" version and says he sees virtually no difference between the two versions, they are both great for nearly any application.

20 year old putty still works
Vlukas✓ Verified Purchase•May 25, 2023
I worked for an electrical utility for 31 years. We used pig putty for evertything. It is amazing stuff. Smells real bad but fixes everything. I have some that is probably 20 year old. Cut off the hard end then cut a piece for use, it still works.
