I purchased the then named Lamello Top Ten joiner like 15 years ago for some outrageous it seemed to me price. It was then clearly a super well designed and built tool. All these years later it works without a hiccup and still fully reflects super high quality; always a joy to use. As is often the case, the initial price of a quality tool stings, but 15 years later I can't recall what I paid for it.

I'm just learning the possibilities of this. I've used it mostly to join panels like the time I found I had to glue up an MDF panel that was cut too short. The alignment of the repair was perfect. The machining and adjustments are first class and once you have it set up using it is a dream.

I waited a long time to purchase an authentic Lamello biscuit joiner, Pricey? Yes. Worth the money? Oh yes! I had hoped for a smoother operating motor (it still has that familiar angle grinder gear sound), but the precision can't be matched. The Lamello is no comparison to the Freud (burned up the gears and motor) and the Porter Cable (clunky - I only use it for FF size biscuits). For any serious woodworker, you deserve a Lamello.
